Personality: If one were one to know Hakkai before knowing that he is a kage, he gives off no identification that he is. He seems to give off that nice graceful feeling whenever he is around people. Although of course being kage, things need to be done so he has to make things happen and execute them. Every once in a while, he gets mad with rage, but it doesn't last too long. His intellect tells him to not be mad but mad, but graceful, to cover something even more sinister from the public's eyes. He hides manyt things from the others very explicitly, his behavior does not change much, but when he really needs to be...evil, he will make you suffer greatly.

Effect: Forms a black seal of an animal of your choice with a black, spiky, circular frame.

First Form: The seal is opened and the spiky frame dissipates around the body while the animal on you back become temporarily animated while the seal forms around you body. All Kyoushumori Clan Techniques used are greatly increased in power and size as well as an abundant amount of chakra.
Second Form: Your body is engulfed by shadows around you as you become a Hybrid of the animal that was sealed in the Bankai Seal. The color or your eyes are the color of your chakra. You gain the attributes that a normal Hybrid would get, such as regeneration, high stamina, and the animal prone attributes. (Such as enhanced smell, sight, ect.) Each form is different for every person, even if they have the same animal.

Special: Gathering the shadows around the user, he/she can give them substance and have complete control over them.
Drawback: They are sensitive to light, if a highly concentrated light (such as a blinding light) hits their entire body, they disappear. Examples would be a flash bomb and so forth. (And no, a flash light won’t work.)
Description: Shadows with substance. They move about by either jumping through shadows (that are not already animated by this jutsu) or by sliding across the floor, wall, or ceiling (Think Heartless, via Kingdom Hearts). Just like the Shadow Clone Jutsu, the user’s chakra is evenly distributed among the other shadows.
Limit: Only Bankai of the Kyoushumori Clan can pass, or allow another to pass, on this technique to others. Summoning Technique: Three Lords of the Shadows

Effect: Summons the shadows of three founders of the Kyoushumori Clan.
Special: If you have sacrificed the blood of 100 people and wrote a special mixture of words, you can bring out the Original Founders through the shadows. You would simply dip a scoll into each of the shadows, and watch as the shadows begin to grow flesh.
Drawback: It takes time to raise each one from their shadow imprisoment, so if the enemy knows of this technique, they’ll be able to force an equal amount of chakra to cancel it half way through. So, you’ll possibly only be able to summon the Daughters of Kyoushumori.
Description: With this technique, you rip a hole within the World of the Living and the World of Shadows. Since all three founders were consumed by their own shadows as well as other Kyoushumori Clan members throughout history, you can use this technique to call them out of imprisonment.
Limit: It’s a forbidden Technique that only 4 Bankai of the Kyoushumori Clan know, but only 1 can use it: Anhaven.
Ensnare Shadow Jutsu

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Pierce an apponent's shadow with your chakra and it will ensnare them, keeping them from moving until the weapon peircing the shadow no longer touches the shadow.
Special: Perform the Rat, Ox, and Tiger Seals.
Drawback: The weapon or item needs to be in constant contact with your chakra. There for you must keep your chakra flowing into the kunai (or w/e you used) to keep the opponent ensnared. Also, only the body part's shadow that is pierced is ensnared. (E.X.: You get the arm's shadow, the arm cannot move. Or hand, foot, leg, head, ect.)
Description: When the chakra is focused into the blade, it begins to glow with a black arua. When the blade pierces the shadow of a moving creature, it is immediately ensnared. The shadows almost seems as if it leterally gets nailed into the ground by the item that pierces it and more than one weapon can be charges as long as they have a contact with the user's chakra. This was normaly used as a sacrifice jutsu, to allow comrades to run away. However, it is also used to keep an opponent still, while he/she is pumpled by another ninja.

Effect: Allows a person to use a 2 shadows within a 200 meter radius as a medium to move objects through.
Special: Seal of the Rat
Drawback: The drawback is that you only start off with the ability to move weapons through the shadow, there for you would need extra amounts of training to be able to move body parts through shadows.
Description: After performing the rat seal to help mold chakra through your entire body, you must focus the chakra into the area that you are going to move through the shadow. For example, if your intend to move your arm through the shadow, you would fucus the chakra around the arm, which allows it to move between 2 different shadows. If you are going to move your entire body through a shadow, it cannot be your own shadow.

Shadow’s Wild Tempest Jutsu

Effect: Using the two Kibou blades along with the seals create one black tornado and one white tornado each are 8’0” feet tall. They cannot get bigger like normal tornadoes, but can be controlled the path they take(Think of Temari's wind cutter).
This jutsu levels up to S rank, when leveled up you receive an additional tornado, C rank you start off with both, B rank gives you another white, A rank gives you another black, and S rank the user gets another tempest, and gets to choose which either black or white. In A rank, the user will cancel the restriction of the requirement of one of each(Black & White) and having the ability to fuse them together. The fusing combinations are as follows:
A-rank
Black/ Black: Makes a 10'7" foot tornado covered completely and utter darkness that can make the anything in its path, can get bigger as it gets more and more stuff.
Black/ White: When fused its makes a crackling noise of lightning that starts it off, its height is 24" 6", nothing special of this just that it can bigger as it gets more and more stuff just like a regular tornado, NOTE: when the tempests are not fused they CANNOT get bigger and go away after a minute
White/ White: Shows up 75 % probability of the time when being fused, risky to take out the first time as well, it consumes a massive amount of chakra, but after mastering it the first time you can fuse it 100% of the time. It is 7 stories high and cannot get bigger.
S-rank
Black/ Black/ White: 5 stories high, does not get bigger\
Black/ White/ White: starts to show the true power of what is to come from all white tornado. This one becomes bigger as it consumes more stuff, lasts 5 minutes, regardless of its user, also if concentration lost of it can go out of control and can go on forever.
White/ White/ White: This one hurts the user more than help only used when in dire help, this one cancels all Shadow jutsus because it swallows shadows in its path, has a 25 % probability of showing up, so it makes u have to gamble on it, the tornado itself is not viewable to the human eye, if human eyes gaze upon they will see oblivion and chaos that will make the person blind from the incomprehension of what the person who saw inside of it, not even the Sharingan can see what is really in there, think of it like if god talked to u it would kill u for the utter power of his voice and your incomprehension to understand what he is saying is what kills you. Do u get it sorta??,
Black/ Black/ Black: 10 stories high, anything in its path will be sent to the Shadow dimension. Can get out by the shadow jump jutsu or gets through one of them when used.

The user will have the blades retracted at first having his left hand extended in front and the right back as guard. Bending knees having the right leg in front and then the left back of support. It is a very uncomfortable stance but when in play it gives advantage over time when the left blade starts to extend.
Three stages of the eclipse are:
Stage 1: Beginning Phase- In this stage the user should have the left blade retracted and while fighting concentrating on defense instead of offense.
Stage 2: Midpoint Phase- The blade should be perpendicular to the arm by now and the user should be attacking a little bit more but still defending overall.
Stage 3: Full Eclipse Phase- Full out attack using the left blade while ramming with the right.
Hidden Darkness Eclipse Jutsu

Description/Effect: It is a forbidden technique that has been long forgotten and almost nobody knows who used it, mostly likely the founder of the clan. The shadow assassin uses the technique to make the Sun be covered by the Moon making the eclipse, following as the Bikou as it moves its position, the also Moon moves at the same rate. Lasts for as long as the user wants it to.
Drawback: None
Limit: Find the hidden scroll, which most likely have a difficult seal, that no one knows where it is only the founder probably knew, maybe researching through the old scrolls may help find the lost scroll. The old scrolls are located at the Sound village in the hidden library of the Bankai.
Ecliptic Darkness Jutsu

Description/Effect: Lower version of Hidden Darkness Eclipse Jutsu, the user makes a dummy Moon out of anything it can find in its surrounding but the user needs the release of whatever it is, water, sand, stone, etc. The jutsu blocks the Sun’s rays effectively but not as effective as the other forbidden jutsu and lasts only 20 minutes.
Drawbacks: Lasts 20 minutes, needs a massive amount of stuff in its surroundings. Also needs the release for the materials used, Ex: Water Release to use water in this technique.

Effect: The user is temporarily immune to all damage.
Special: Taijutsu 100+. Must know Enhanced Constitution.
Drawback: The user is only allowed to use this technique once during battle. And will face the penalty of prolongued damage equivalent to the Jutsu/Attack blocked after they exceed 12 rounds of battle or 20 minutes have passed (Which ever comes first). Also, if for any reason the user is drained of remaining chakra, or his/her taijutsu is lowered to 99 points or less, they die.
Description: The user's body is trained, by command, to recieve ANY amount of damage. Once triggered, the user's body enters a state that enhances the muscles drasticly, that the skin is tightened, and the muscles resemble steel. The user can stay in this state for no longer than 3 rounds of battle (which is unknown to the opponent) or for 10 minutes; whichever comes first.
This technique is EXTREMELY rare because it is never really used. Not a soul outside of the Blood Guard's highest ranks has seen this technique performed. Nor can a Hyuuga or Uchiha can make note of what is happening. Even though the user's muscles are enhanced, the opponent does not, and cannot know to exactly what extent unless tested fully, which could take hours; thus, exceeding the 10 minute limit of the jutsu.
Limit: Must be training in the path of the Blood Guard and recieved the highest rank. Naturally, only Bankai of the Kyoushumori Clan can pass, or allow another to pass, on this technique to others. However, this jutsu is out of the Bankai's reach. Still, the Blood Guards still think it is considered a moral sin if a member, without supervision or permission, passes on techniques of the Kyoushumori Clan onto others and is punishable by death to both the Trainer and the Trainee. Drawback: Since the chains cannot create an artificial tornado, the user must grapple the opponent(s) while he creates the tornado and pull them in with chains.
Description: The user beings to flail his arms in a rotating manner as they start to spiral the chains around him. he then increases the speed to grapple opponents and angle the chains upward. This would make the user the bottom of the tornado with opponents suffering prolonged damage while inside the tornado until they escape or are set free.

Effect: Effectively speaking, the user increases his speed to literally make an after immage of 1200 (2400) strikes in a radius of 10 ft.
Special: 3rd Chakra gate must be released and the user is occupied for 2 (thus, 2400 strikes) turns in his globe of slashing due to concentration. While inside the globe of slashing, the user is thought to be in a globe of invulnerability, nothing can enter, nor leave the globe of slashing.
Drawback: Full side effects of the third chakra gate being released.
Description: After the user has released the Third Chakra Gate, he can then use the Globe of Slashing. It's called this, because the increased speed of the Third Gate gives the optical illusion that ther user and his victim(s) are engulved in a gray globe, similiar to the grayish tint of the Shadow Links. Massive ammounts of dammage is recieved in the Globe of Slashing, however the 2 turns burned up leaves the user vulnerable to certain ninjutsu's, see below. Otherwise, the speed of the rapid slashing could most likely absorbe the attack.
Most would assume that the user is also vulnerable to lightning attacks in general, however, since the user is also tearing away at the earth beneath him, he is not grounded. And in the rare likeness that he is grounded, the chain is most likely to absorb the attack and strike the ground (thus grounding the absorbed attack) and the user wouldn't feel a significant amount of pain to stop him.
However, most B, A, and S rank ninjutsu's will definately destroy the taijutsu barrier, but it must beat the user's Tai pending on the following information:
B Ninjutsu users must exceed the Globe of Slashing's Taijutsu (Counting the bonus' from Gate Three) at a -20 penalty.
A Ninjutsu users must exceed the Globe of Slashing's Taijutsu (Counting the bonus' from Gate Three) at a -10 penalty.
S Ninjutsu users must exceed the Globe of Slashing's Taijutsu (Counting the bonus' from Gate Three) at NO PENALTY.

History:
Connections, ideals, and motivation is what drives the leaders apart from the followers. With multiple connections one can find openings to a greater door in lfe. With ideals, one will learn and live with these. With motivation, one can strive for a better understanding of life. Hakkai was able to put those three together to get where he is now. Although the Moon village is a minor shinobi village, he had to pull many strings to get there.
In the begginning like many young students, Hakkai was an intellectual not a fighter. He wanted to study the arts of knowledge, philosphy, Art, he wanted to become a scholar. But then instead of him studying all that he was enrolled as a shinobi by force of the clan he was in, the Kyoushumori Clan. He was trained under them since they were lacking the shinobi power in their village, so they recruited him. Hakkai was of course in disagreement but he finally joined after he finish the basic studies.
As shinobi, Hakkai was pretty descent, not a genius but not a flunky. He became chuunin around the age of 16. By this time, Hakkai started to study again on the side whenever their wasn't missions. With his intellect and sly deviations, he started to rise above everyone else faster, he became jounin at that same age, and from there he gained the trust of many fuedal lords, and the kage with his faculty.

Special: If you have sacrificed the blood of 100 people and wrote a special mixture of words, you can bring out the Original Founders through the shadows. You would simply dip a scoll into each of the shadows, and watch as the shadows begin to grow flesh.
Drawback: It takes time to raise each one from their shadow imprisoment, so if the enemy knows of this technique, they’ll be able to force an equal amount of chakra to cancel it half way through. So, you’ll possibly only be able to summon the Daughters of Kyoushumori.
Description: With this technique, you rip a hole within the World of the Living and the World of Shadows. Since all three founders were consumed by their own shadows as well as other Kyoushumori Clan members throughout history, you can use this technique to call them out of imprisonment.
Limit: It’s a forbidden Technique that only 4 Bankai of the Kyoushumori Clan know, but only 1 can use it: Anhaven.
Ensnare Shadow Jutsu

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Pierce an apponent's shadow with your chakra and it will ensnare them, keeping them from moving until the weapon peircing the shadow no longer touches the shadow.
Special: Perform the Rat, Ox, and Tiger Seals.
Drawback: The weapon or item needs to be in constant contact with your chakra. There for you must keep your chakra flowing into the kunai (or w/e you used) to keep the opponent ensnared. Also, only the body part's shadow that is pierced is ensnared. (E.X.: You get the arm's shadow, the arm cannot move. Or hand, foot, leg, head, ect.)
Description: When the chakra is focused into the blade, it begins to glow with a black arua. When the blade pierces the shadow of a moving creature, it is immediately ensnared. The shadows almost seems as if it leterally gets nailed into the ground by the item that pierces it and more than one weapon can be charges as long as they have a contact with the user's chakra. This was normaly used as a sacrifice jutsu, to allow comrades to run away. However, it is also used to keep an opponent still, while he/she is pumpled by another ninja.

Shadow Jump Jutsu

Effect: Allows a person to use a 2 shadows within a 200 meter radius as a medium to move objects through.
Special: Seal of the Rat
Drawback: The drawback is that you only start off with the ability to move weapons through the shadow, there for you would need extra amounts of training to be able to move body parts through shadows.
Description: After performing the rat seal to help mold chakra through your entire body, you must focus the chakra into the area that you are going to move through the shadow. For example, if your intend to move your arm through the shadow, you would fucus the chakra around the arm, which allows it to move between 2 different shadows. If you are going to move your entire body through a shadow, it cannot be your own shadow.

Shadow’s Wild Tempest Jutsu

Effect: Using the two Kibou blades along with the seals create one black tornado and one white tornado each are 8’0” feet tall. They cannot get bigger like normal tornadoes, but can be controlled the path they take(Think of Temari's wind cutter).
This jutsu levels up to S rank, when leveled up you receive an additional tornado, C rank you start off with both, B rank gives you another white, A rank gives you another black, and S rank the user gets another tempest, and gets to choose which either black or white. In A rank, the user will cancel the restriction of the requirement of one of each(Black & White) and having the ability to fuse them together. The fusing combinations are as follows:
A-rank
Black/ Black: Makes a 10'7" foot tornado covered completely and utter darkness that can make the anything in its path, can get bigger as it gets more and more stuff.
Black/ White: When fused its makes a crackling noise of lightning that starts it off, its height is 24" 6", nothing special of this just that it can bigger as it gets more and more stuff just like a regular tornado, NOTE: when the tempests are not fused they CANNOT get bigger and go away after a minute
White/ White: Shows up 75 % probability of the time when being fused, risky to take out the first time as well, it consumes a massive amount of chakra, but after mastering it the first time you can fuse it 100% of the time. It is 7 stories high and cannot get bigger.

Black/ Black/ White: 5 stories high, does not get bigger\
Black/ White/ White: starts to show the true power of what is to come from all white tornado. This one becomes bigger as it consumes more stuff, lasts 5 minutes, regardless of its user, also if concentration lost of it can go out of control and can go on forever.
White/ White/ White: This one hurts the user more than help only used when in dire help, this one cancels all Shadow jutsus because it swallows shadows in its path, has a 25 % probability of showing up, so it makes u have to gamble on it, the tornado itself is not viewable to the human eye, if human eyes gaze upon they will see oblivion and chaos that will make the person blind from the incomprehension of what the person who saw inside of it, not even the Sharingan can see what is really in there, think of it like if god talked to u it would kill u for the utter power of his voice and your incomprehension to understand what he is saying is what kills you. Do u get it sorta??,

The user will have the blades retracted at first having his left hand extended in front and the right back as guard. Bending knees having the right leg in front and then the left back of support. It is a very uncomfortable stance but when in play it gives advantage over time when the left blade starts to extend.
Three stages of the eclipse are:
Stage 1: Beginning Phase- In this stage the user should have the left blade retracted and while fighting concentrating on defense instead of offense.
Stage 2: Midpoint Phase- The blade should be perpendicular to the arm by now and the user should be attacking a little bit more but still defending overall.
Stage 3: Full Eclipse Phase- Full out attack using the left blade while ramming with the right.

Description/Effect: It is a forbidden technique that has been long forgotten and almost nobody knows who used it, mostly likely the founder of the clan. The shadow assassin uses the technique to make the Sun be covered by the Moon making the eclipse, following as the Bikou as it moves its position, the also Moon moves at the same rate. Lasts for as long as the user wants it to.

Limit: Find the hidden scroll, which most likely have a difficult seal, that no one knows where it is only the founder probably knew, maybe researching through the old scrolls may help find the lost scroll. The old scrolls are located at the Sound village in the hidden library of the Bankai.

Drawback: The user is only allowed to use this technique once during battle. And will face the penalty of prolongued damage equivalent to the Jutsu/Attack blocked after they exceed 12 rounds of battle or 20 minutes have passed (Which ever comes first). Also, if for any reason the user is drained of remaining chakra, or his/her taijutsu is lowered to 99 points or less, they die.
Description: The user's body is trained, by command, to recieve ANY amount of damage. Once triggered, the user's body enters a state that enhances the muscles drasticly, that the skin is tightened, and the muscles resemble steel. The user can stay in this state for no longer than 3 rounds of battle (which is unknown to the opponent) or for 10 minutes; whichever comes first.
This technique is EXTREMELY rare because it is never really used. Not a soul outside of the Blood Guard's highest ranks has seen this technique performed. Nor can a Hyuuga or Uchiha can make note of what is happening. Even though the user's muscles are enhanced, the opponent does not, and cannot know to exactly what extent unless tested fully, which could take hours; thus, exceeding the 10 minute limit of the jutsu.
Limit: Must be training in the path of the Blood Guard and recieved the highest rank. Naturally, only Bankai of the Kyoushumori Clan can pass, or allow another to pass, on this technique to others. However, this jutsu is out of the Bankai's reach. Still, the Blood Guards still think it is considered a moral sin if a member, without supervision or permission, passes on techniques of the Kyoushumori Clan onto others and is punishable by death to both the Trainer and the Trainee. Description: The user beings to flail his arms in a rotating manner as they start to spiral the chains around him. he then increases the speed to grapple opponents and angle the chains upward. This would make the user the bottom of the tornado with opponents suffering prolonged damage while inside the tornado until they escape or are set free.

Effect: Effectively speaking, the user increases his speed to literally make an after immage of 1200 (2400) strikes in a radius of 10 ft.
Special: 3rd Chakra gate must be released and the user is occupied for 2 (thus, 2400 strikes) turns in his globe of slashing due to concentration. While inside the globe of slashing, the user is thought to be in a globe of invulnerability, nothing can enter, nor leave the globe of slashing.
Drawback: Full side effects of the third chakra gate being released.
Description: After the user has released the Third Chakra Gate, he can then use the Globe of Slashing. It's called this, because the increased speed of the Third Gate gives the optical illusion that ther user and his victim(s) are engulved in a gray globe, similiar to the grayish tint of the Shadow Links. Massive ammounts of dammage is recieved in the Globe of Slashing, however the 2 turns burned up leaves the user vulnerable to certain ninjutsu's, see below. Otherwise, the speed of the rapid slashing could most likely absorbe the attack.
Most would assume that the user is also vulnerable to lightning attacks in general, however, since the user is also tearing away at the earth beneath him, he is not grounded. And in the rare likeness that he is grounded, the chain is most likely to absorb the attack and strike the ground (thus grounding the absorbed attack) and the user wouldn't feel a significant amount of pain to stop him.
However, most B, A, and S rank ninjutsu's will definately destroy the taijutsu barrier, but it must beat the user's Tai pending on the following information:
B Ninjutsu users must exceed the Globe of Slashing's Taijutsu (Counting the bonus' from Gate Three) at a -20 penalty.
A Ninjutsu users must exceed the Globe of Slashing's Taijutsu (Counting the bonus' from Gate Three) at a -10 penalty.
S Ninjutsu users must exceed the Globe of Slashing's Taijutsu (Counting the bonus' from Gate Three) at NO PENALTY.

History:
Connections, ideals, and motivation is what drives the leaders apart from the followers. With multiple connections one can find openings to a greater door in lfe. With ideals, one will learn and live with these. With motivation, one can strive for a better understanding of life. Hakkai was able to put those three together to get where he is now. Although the Moon village is a minor shinobi village, he had to pull many strings to get there.
In the begginning like many young students, Hakkai was an intellectual not a fighter. He wanted to study the arts of knowledge, philosphy, Art, he wanted to become a scholar. But then instead of him studying all that he was enrolled as a shinobi by force of the clan he was in, the Kyoushumori Clan. He was trained under them since they were lacking the shinobi power in their village, so they recruited him. Hakkai was of course in disagreement but he finally joined after he finish the basic studies.
As shinobi, Hakkai was pretty descent, not a genius but not a flunky. He became chuunin around the age of 16. By this time, Hakkai started to study again on the side whenever their wasn't missions. With his intellect and sly deviations, he started to rise above everyone else faster, he became jounin at that same age, and from there he gained the trust of many fuedal lords, and the kage with his faculty.
