Name: Renomitsu Hiroko
Gender: Male
Age: 10
Rank: Chunin
Village: Leaf
Height and Weight: 5'3'', 102 lbs.
Attire:
Oftentimes, Hiroko is seen wearing clothing that is relatively similar, not ranging from just swimming trunks to three or four coats at once. He is unaware, or rather, uncaring of the environment, and believes that his body can take it (which it can).
During Summer, he is generally seen wearing a t-shirt with pants, the latter to hold his weapons. Depending on what he is doing, Hiroko may go barefoot or wear sandals. Most of the time, he wears dull colors, not really paying attention to his appearance, but may occasionally wear something brighter.
When Winter comes around, Hiroko hardly ever wears heavy coats, but never shivers. He might wear a light jacket, atop a sweater or shirt, and a layer or two's worth of pants, depending on whether extreme mobility is required or not.
Physical Appearance:
Hiroko stands at a height of 5 feet, 3 inches. He has a medium body frame with toned muscles and an oily skin complexion. He has lightly tanned skin, crimson red hair and brown eyes. Though his gaze is at times filled with a blazing passion, it almost takes on the essence of firing.
Hiroko's appearance is not important to him, although it seems so. His eyes are like gems; of a brown color, they seem to pierce the soul, and they accent his sort of 'crude and arrogant' attitude. His hands are rough, and are not easily injured, mainly because he's had so many scars on both the back of his hand and his palm. His skin is pale, although most certainly not white. In general, he has been through several things that have crafted him into some sort of spiritless person.
Personality:
Hiroko is a more or less quiet person. He has a logic based train of thought where even instinct can conflict with his own actions. While sometimes rash and ill-tempered, he has learned to control his lacking traits. Hiroko is a person who reflects on his actions of past and present, always holding his burdens against himself and tries to hide his emotions. Through some of the people he has met along the way in his travels, he has grown more mature. He analyzes everything around him, trying to calculate even the slightest idea of what is going on before he jumps to conclusions. Through outward perspective, he holds a sort of aura that is almost empty and emotionless. While with friends and people he cares for, he is more compassionate. He shrugs off most conflicts and doesn't let anything get to him (as far as minor annoyances go).
When his opinions are voiced, they can be harsh. He could not be considered the ‘tough and strong type’, mainly because he does speak up once in a while, given the correct conditions. He does have a romantic side, although none have found it quite yet; he figures it is impossible to get to. His personality seems to suit his appearance, too.Whether he likes something or not determines his answer, if someone asks him about it.
Some people say they need a translator for Hiroko, because he says something different every time. He never does say, at least in exact words, “I like it.” Or, “I like you”. He usually says something like “I don’t hate it..” He is negative most of the time, causing some people to dislike his attitude. Sometimes, even, he likes to speak in riddles. No one really understands why, but it could relate to his anti-social attitude. When faced with an optomistic sort of person, he would always see the bad side of things, just like always. He could be considered a 'depressed' person, but sometimes, people just have to know that there can be a bad side to some things.
Shinobi Gear:
File: A file is normally hidden within the clothing of the ninja, if captured, the file can be withdrawn from its secret location to file and cut through metal.
Wire
Wire can be used in several situations. It can allow the ninja to create trip wire explosive traps, it can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent.
Standard Weapon:
Senbon (Needle)
The senbon was first used by doctors in acupuncture, it was then adopted by ninja and Hunter-nins to hit points on the body to cause death, deaden limbs or cause their target to fall unconscious.
Shuriken
Another common weapon, the shuriken is often kept in a holster on the leg or in a pouch attached to the belt.
Exploding Note
The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to faciltate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.
Clan/Bloodline: None
NinJutsu:
Ayatsuito no Jutsu - String Reeling Technique
Character Use: Uchiha Sasuke, Hatake Kakashi
Rank: Unknown
Range: Close (0m ~ 5m)
Type: Supplementary
Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Flame Type: Powerful Fireball Technique)
First Performed by: Uchiha Sasuke
Type of Technique: NinJutsu
Chapter: 7
This Ninjutsu is a very powerful technique, and most Genins are not capable of performing it due to the large amount of chakra it uses. The user must first gather a large amount of chakra in his hand and mouth; this attack is pretty similar to a flamethrower. The mouth shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one large fireball.
Just like any other elemental technique, animal hand seals are needed to perform it. This one here uses the tiger and horse seals. The only big drawback this attack has is that it slows down the caster, since he must stay still while he "spits" fire. This means an attack opening from another attacker.
Katon: Housenka no Jutsu (Flame Type: Mythical Fire Flower Technique)
First Performed by: Uchiha Sasuke
Type of Technique: NinJutsu
Chapter: 46
Another technique which originally belongs to the Uchiha clan, Katon Housenka is a very powerful and flexible technique. Instead of following the way of the other fire techniques, Housenka is unique by creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the users mouth, and shooting them at the opponent. This means that this NinJutsu can hit many opponents in one strike; however, it also means that it can be dodged easier since the balls are smaller than a stream of fire.
Here is how it works: The ninja first gathers chakra into his mouth while performing many swift and diverse hand seals. Once all the needed chakra is gathered, the shinobi places two fingers in an elliptical position in front of his mouth, and starts shooting out the fireballs. These projectiles can be either shot fast at the same direction, slowly in a rotating formation; basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength of the fireballs to how fast he/she shoots them. Although it requires a lot of concentration and a lot of chakra, this Jutsu is one among the most powerful ones in the series.
Genjutsu Kai (Genjutsu Release)
First Performed by: Hatake Kakashi
Type of Technique: NinJutsu
Chapter: 114
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai" or "release." They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline. First performed by Hatake Kakashi, Maito Gai, Nara Shikamaru, and Haruno Sakura, most ninja's can use this technique.

Taijutsu:
Konoha Reppuu (Leaf Violent Wind)
First Performed by: Rock Lee
Type of Technique: TaiJutsu
Chapter: 37
This is one of the basic TaiJutsu that Rock Lee knows. It is a very simple, yet effective technique, which can be used for anybody who comes charging with a direct attack. As with every other TaiJutsu, this technique requires no hand seals or chakra to be raised, so the ninja can perform it at once. Using his leg, the shinobi swipes the attacker's feet off the ground by moving his dominant leg across the opponent's feet, tripping him.
This movement creates somewhat of a wind, hence the name violent wind. This "wind" also sends the opponent careening away from the enemy in an akward position, and probably smashing into another object such as a tree. However, this isn't a Jutsu that can be used alone. It is a pretty obvious technique, which is where its only downside appears; it can be dodged easily, unless the enemy is careless or open for an attack. That means that first, the ninja has to either dodge the incoming attack and then perform it, or catch the enemy by surprise.
First performed by Rock Lee in chapter thirty-seven. One of many techniques taught to him by Gai-sensei. Copied by Uchiha Sasuke and Hatake Kakashi.
Konoha Senpuu (Leaf Spinning Wind)
First Performed by: Rock Lee
Type of Technique: TaiJutsu
Chapter: 37
This is probably Rock Lee's signature move, although it is taught to him by Gai. It is a combination of speed, strength, and the element of suprise, as well as the perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. Sasuke also copies this ninjutsu by using his Sharingan, and he uses it against Yoroi in the Chuunin 3rd exam preliminaries. For this TaiJutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement.
The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the shinobi appears just below the opponent, and by raising his -most likely dominant- leg, he kicks the enemy right on the chin, sending him up on the sky. Although it inflicts a lot of damage, this TaiJutsu isn't very effective on its own. It is usually followed by Kage Buyou and another strong Jutsu to inflict maximum damage. Also, Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know until he gets kicked and is high up in the air.
First performed by Rock Lee in chapter thirty-seven. One of many techniques taught to him by Gai-sensei. Copied by Uchiha Sasuke and Hatake Kakashi.
Houshou (Crushing Fist)
First Performed by: Jiroubou
Type of Technique: TaiJutsu
Chapter: 189
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

History:
Most ninjas begin their legacy the same way - they have a model, a true figure of admiration, to look up to. The child ninja watches and envies their model, hoping that they might come about as a ninja the same way. Hiroko's life was devoted to this one woman, though she had no association with him. Being only five, learning on his own was not easy for Hiroko. His parents were hardly half-decent ninja, and he himself was not all too talented, or so he believed. Watching over him, his parents decided that he could not go to the Academy until he was at least seven, though by that time, there was hardly any reason to go to the Academy in the first place. Two and a half years progressed the same way - from when he was five to when he was seven and a half, Hiroko trained vigorously, and never even showed a waning in his hopefulness in becoming a ninja.
Once his eight birthday came around, Hiroko began to wonder why he was not already at the Academy. His parents had seemingly promised him a place as a student, although he had waited for a whole year past what he had expected. One day, his parents simply told him - "There is no need to go to the Academy, for you. Hiroko, you are already an excellent Ninja." He had practiced all of the right techniques, all at the right time, and it was his downfall - he wanted to be with friends, learning and perfecting the techniques he had spent so long working on, while making memories with them. It seemed to be an awkward thing to be contemplating the future in such a solemn matter, especially at his own age. However, he would never become upset to the point of crying or throwing a tantrum; he figured that good behavior would benefit him.
Entering the Ninja Academy of the Leaf at nine, Hiroko had basically graduated within one year, learning jutsus at a faster rate than most. As he is a Chuunin now, he must have passed the Chuunin exams. At such a young age, Hiroko is considered somewhat as a prodigy. Although he is certainly not the youngest Chuunin, he is especially young by a margin of two or three years.
His specialty has always been one-on-one battles. The first Chuunin exam he had entered was precisely half a year after he had come out of the Academy; being relatively intelligent, he was able to pass part of the first exam without spying. He spied on several others, either way, to ensure that his answers were correct, although did so in the most subtle way he could - a small, square mirror on a string. As unlikely as it seemed, the mirror was just camoflauged enough not to be seen, and Hiroko was able to pass the first.
As he was not a heavy team player, Hiroko decided that he and his cell should divide the enemy into groups. Hiroko himself would fight one-on-one with a ninja, and his other cell-mates would fight two-on-two. This plan happened to work, as Hiroko finished up earlier than his cell mates and helped them minorly. As a stroke of luck, the third team that his cell had sieged had the scroll that they needed, an Earth, and they proceeded to the center with ease, finishing the second exam in two days. Tired and beaten up, Hiroko's cell was able to rest for the last three days. Simply, he would travel alone, faking as though he needed another scroll, and his two teammates would be working from behind him, ambushing any ninja that would come along. Their team chemistry was brilliant, and although the plan was not amazing, they managed to work everything out.
The final exam was a breeze for Hiroko, as one-on-one fights were obviously his specialty. When faced with a relatively weak ninja in the first match, Hiroko used simple logic to defeat the mind of the ninja, then the body. An attack by the opposing ninja occurred, and Hiroko used the substitution jutsu in addition to the string reeling technique to trick the enemy into thinking he was in the opposite direction, finishing the match with a Katon Jutsu.
There were few ninja left for the actual Chunin exam, and Hiroko was one of them. He could have claimed a stroke of luck when the enemy was dumbfounded by his above-average strength, dazed and unaware (apparently, anyways). To make sure he could defeat his enemy, he created several shadow dopplegangers, each of them seemingly penetrating the enemy's neck with Senbon needles. The enemy was paralyzed at that point, and Hiroko ended the match with an 'the enemy can no longer fight back' call, knocking the enemy unconscious for several days with a Leaf Violent Wind.
